Element Club Bar Grill presents the eClub Member Rewards program. Becoming a member of this program will earn you reward points for every dollar you spend and then allow you to redeem them for rewards. Plus, as a valued eClub member, you will be entitled to daily, weekly and monthly special offers.

Ever since our inception in 2006, we have been driven to providing the Kootenays with an unparalleled experience. From the entertainment, atmosphere and party in our nightclub, to the ever changing menu and dining in our grill; our goal is to keep it cutting edge.

Loyalty has been an integral part of the success of our employees and our business and that is why we have created eClub; To reward great customers like you.  As an added bonus for joining we will start any new eClub member with 250 reward points.  Reward points can be redeemed instantly for food items on any visit.

eClub Redemption Rewards

The Fine Print
eClub Rules

A. Points

i) eClub reward points are accumulated at a rate of; 1 Point per $1 spent on Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages, 2 Points per $1 spent on Alcoholic Beverages and 3 Points per $1 spent on Cover Charge. Specials may offer 2x, 3x the points on specific days.
ii) eClub reward points are not credited on the following purchases; Event tickets and special events, gift cards, sales taxes or gratuities.
iii) eClub reward points may be accumulated on entire table purchases by one eClub member.
iv) eClub reward points are credited to your account at time of payment by presenting your eClub Card to your server. eClub Card and Cardholder must be present to receive reward points.
v) eClub reward points are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
vi) In nightclub, eClub reward points may be credited on bar tabs only. Points may not be accumulated on single drink or order purchases.
vii) Reward points balances can be checked at the Element Club Bar Grill or by emailing [email protected].
viii) eClub reward points may not be accumulated on Corporate party bookings without prior agreement.

B. Rewards

i) eClub reward points may be redeemed automatically anytime before bill payment by presenting your eClub Card to your server. eClub Gift Cards, Events, and multi-course multi-person rewards must be redeemed in advance by emailing [email protected] or by calling (250) 365-8066. Certain blackout periods apply to multi-course multi-person rewards.
ii) eClub reward points redeemed for a gift card will have dollar amount applied directly to your eClub Card. Present your eClub Gift Card as payment towards your purchase at Element Club Bar Grill, but may not be applied to gratuity. The dollar value of purchases will be deducted from the eClub Gift Card dollar value amount until the value reaches zero. This reward eClub Gift Card balance expires three months from the date of reward point redemption. Valid for eat-in and grill purchases only.
iii) As few or as many eClub reward points may be redeemed at any one time. Reward points will be deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero.
iv) Rewards have no cash value and may not be combined with any other offer. Food rewards are eat-in only. Gratuities are not included.

C. Special Offers

i) One special per person per day.
ii) Food specials are eat-in only unless specified.

D. General

i) Element Club Bar Grill reserves the right to change the eClub Member Rewards program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at www.clubelement.ca/eclub 14 days before taking effect. You may or may not be contacted by email notifying you of the changes. Your continued participation in eClub constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed on our website.
ii) Only one card will be issued per member. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Cards or any unauthorized use. Lost, stolen or damaged eClub Cards may be replaced for a nominal fee.
iii) Members must be 19 years of age or older.
iv) Element Club Bar Grill may cancel the eClub Member Rewards program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
v) Accumulated points are not member property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect the members’ rights to use previously accumulated points. Members benefits including but not limited to promotional offers, rewards points and eClub Gift Cards may be cancelled after 12 months of inactivity.
vi) Element Club Bar Grill reserves the right to audit any account at any time and may terminate membership if fraud or contravention of rules is discovered.
vii) Element Club Bar Grill employees and family members (defined as spouses, siblings, children, parents, or grandparents) or people living in the same household as Element employees are not eligible to participate.
